What Our Students Are Experiencing:

Skylar M., Current Student

"My less busy days are the ones where I feel the most 'busy' in my mind! Always feeling like I need to be doing something, planning something, working on something, or missing something. Practicing stillness if only for a moment is something I'm working on incorporating into my days more often. Today, I stood outside and noticed the fall colors in my backyard."

Jacqui E., Current Student

"The segment that really resonated with me most was when Nadia spoke about wanting things to move at faster pace. Especially in the current times, I have felt frustrated and disappointed with having to slow down or change my expectations. This is an excellent time to remind yourself to slow down and be patient."
